Whole Grain Cinnamon Raisin Cookies

These are different. The whole grain apparently gives these cookies a bit of a heavier texture and with the addition of oats, they are still chewy. The raisins are present in abundance, but the most noticeable quality is the cinnamon, which comes through strong. Overall, I’d say these are a bit less chewy than some of the chewier pure oatmeal-raisin cookies, but with a more intense taste. Definitely recommended, especially for cinnamon lovers.
