A puzzling combination is the sea-salt brownie. Not one I would have though to make. Surprisingly, they come together very well in this new offering from Trader Joe’s. First, brownie itself I would describe as moist and fudgy, not cakey at all. They are also small, single bite sized. Second, the sea salt of course, has a very different flavor than table salt. It is hard to describe why, but the combination works. and the saltiness brings out the flavor of the brownie. There are so many different styles of brownies that no one particular brownie satisfies everyone. But these I highly recommend you try.
