These are frozen, bite size pieces of cheesecake in three varieties: Rasberry. fudge, and peanut butter. One problem I have is that they don’t seem to be solid cheesecake inside the chocolate coating. Instead, they consist of a botom layer of what seems like chocolate cake, with the cheesecake layered on top. They taste great, but personally, I would prefer a solid filling of cheesecake. They only take about 10-15 minutes to thaw and are a great idea for parties.
