THE best tart/sweet key lime pie you can get your hands on! I keep it in my freezer until I need it… great for that last minute contribution to a gathering! I remove it from the pie tin on to a pretty plate, put some thin sliced limes on/around it and VOILA! Always a crowd pleaser!
