All the taste of this classic Venetian torte but without the bad smell from the Grand Canal. I don’t know if this is really an authentic Venetian torte, or if a native of Venice would even recognize it, but here is what the box says: Caramel and hazelnut cream, pistachio biscuit, an almond crust topped with chocolate. I think mine was missing the layer of chocolate and it looks different than the picture on the box. I enjoyed this, although it seemed a bit mushy and would have benefited from a thicker or crisper crust.
