This is a good mix, makes a very tasty cake. Lots of ginger flavor in this mix which is what I was looking for. Many things you can do with this mix, add raisins, sprinkle powdered sugar/brown sugar on top, etc., but you CAN’T get it year round so if you see it, stock up. I went the day after it was announced and was told all that was left was in the store. Hurry!
