Garden Chicken

8 pieces of skinless,boneless chicken thighs 5.2oz Boursin shallot and chive cheese 1/2 cup fresh basil pesto 2 TBSP balsamic vinegar -boil chicken pieces until cooked 1/2 through- drain and set aside -mash together cheese, pesto and vinegar- set aside -place chicken into baking pan and cover with mashed mix -cover with 2 cups of finely crushed lime potato chips -finish baking at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly brown and cooked through ENJOY!!
