Organic Oats and Flax Instant Oatmeal
Delicious instant oatmeal with flax tastes just like an oatmeal cookie. Not too sweet, low fat, low sodium, whole grain and heart healthy! 150 cals. 2gm fat. Eight packets per box. Just the thing to start your day off right.

This is the best instant oatmeal I've tasted. I agree with the oatmeal cookie assessment. I eat it as a snack when I'm craving something sweet.

I just bought this oatmeal and its super good. I added a 4 oz cup of TJ organic applesauce, and Oh My :p I could have this as breakfast, snack, or dessert!!

I think there is too much sugar in it. At least its evaporated cane juice, but its still so much I can see it all when I pour out the packet in my bowl. I would really like this if it had no sugar so I could sweeten it with stevia or to my own sweetness level. Or at least way less cane sugar. And flax seeds have to be ground to get all the benefits. Flax powder in it would be better.
